TPA Welcomes Trent Hoerr to the Advisory Board

April 2025 – The Prop Association (TPA) is proud to announce the appointment of Trent Hoerr to its Advisory Board. A recognized leader in the trading technology space, Trent brings more than 15 years of experience driving innovation and building successful ventures in the retail trading and prop firm ecosystem.

Trent is the founder of several influential companies in the industry, including FPFX Tech, GT Tech, and BullRush—a gamified trading competition platform that fuses elements of fantasy sports with trading challenges. His entrepreneurial vision and deep operational experience make him uniquely equipped to support TPA’s mission of advancing standards, transparency, and integrity within the prop trading sector.

Having been involved in retail proprietary trading since 2016, Trent has seen the industry evolve firsthand. His work has spanned consultancy, affiliate partnerships, technology solutions, and direct prop firm operations—providing him with a panoramic view of the space’s development and emerging challenges. He has long been a vocal advocate for greater accountability and ethical practices in the industry.

“The retail prop trading space has blossomed over the past decade,” said Trent. “Unfortunately, that growth has come with a rise in bad actors. I’m extremely grateful to be part of The Prop Association, which is aimed at cleaning up the space so the industry can continue to thrive.”

TPA leadership believes Trent’s multifaceted experience and principled approach to business will strengthen the organization’s ongoing efforts to serve as a trusted, neutral third-party body. His involvement reflects a shared commitment to ensuring firms and traders alike operate on a level playing field and are held to meaningful standards.

“Trent’s track record of innovation, coupled with his dedication to ethical industry practices, makes him a powerful addition to our Advisory Board,” said [TPA Board Member Name, if applicable]. “We look forward to working with him to build a more resilient and responsible future for prop trading.”

Trent will support key initiatives at TPA aimed at standardizing dispute resolution processes, elevating firm accountability, and fostering an ecosystem where high-quality prop firms and talented traders can thrive.
