The Prop Association is proud to announce the appointment of Todor Georgiev, Founder and CEO of Funded7, to the TPA Membership Council — a body tasked with shaping best practices, upholding ethical standards, and guiding the strategic evolution of the prop trading industry.
With over a decade of experience spanning proprietary trading, fintech, and regulated forex brokerage operations, Todor brings rare cross-domain expertise to the Council. His professional foundation includes a legal and compliance background (LLB, PRINCE2, CySEC Advanced, and AML certified), and a proven record scaling teams, optimizing operational frameworks, and aligning regulatory compliance with business growth.
Before launching Funded7, Todor held multiple C-level roles across internationally regulated FX brokerages, where he led major expansion initiatives and implemented systems-based approaches to streamline operations and drive performance. He is widely recognized for his work integrating OKRs, refining financial workflows, and building sustainable, scalable structures in high-growth financial firms.
At Funded7, Todor has architected a modern prop trading firm built on seven core pillars: trust, strategy, education, funding, discipline, growth, and achievement. The firm is known for offering up to $500,000 in funded accounts, fast payouts, and a no-nonsense approach to trader empowerment — free from the obscure fine print that has plagued parts of the industry.
“Todor’s appointment to the Membership Council reflects our commitment to involving seasoned operators who not only understand the trader’s perspective, but who have also led from inside regulated environments,” said a TPA spokesperson. “His insights into risk, compliance, and operational excellence are exactly what the industry needs as we evolve.”
Todor’s addition strengthens the Council’s ability to guide Member Firms, influence self-regulatory practices, and represent the interests of traders and firms alike.
Please join us in welcoming Todor Georgiev to the TPA Membership Council.
