With a legal and compliance background (LLB, PRINCE2, CySEC Advanced & AML certified), he has built a career rising through leadership roles to become Chief Operating Officer across several regulated forex brokerages.

He specializes in scaling operations, streamlining cross-departmental systems, and aligning regulatory structure with business growth. Todor has successfully implemented OKRs, optimized financial workflows, and led expansion initiatives across diverse markets. As a consultant and speaker, he advises firms on compliance, operational strategy, and team performance.

Todor is the Founder and CEO of Funded7, a next-generation proprietary trading firm. He is passionate about execution, growth, and building sustainable businesses that deliver results.
