The claimant initiates the process by submitting a detailed dispute form. This form outlines the nature of the grievance and any supporting evidence.
The respondent is notified and must provide an official response to the dispute. This response includes their perspective and any relevant counter-evidence.
Both parties are given an allotted time period to resolve the issue independently. During this phase, they can negotiate and try to reach a mutually satisfactory agreement.
If no resolution is achieved, TPA steps in to review the case. Our expert team evaluates the evidence and makes a fair determination to resolve the dispute.
