Justin D. Hertzberg, Esq. is the CEO and co-founder of FPFX Technologies (www.fpfxtech.com), the leading technology provider in the prop trading industry and PropAccount (www.propaccount.com), a white-labeled prop offering that provides branded prop technology backed by our capital.

Justin began his career as a securities and litigation attorney, before moving into financial markets as a currency prop trader in 2009. In 2013, Justin launched Forest Park FX; one of the largest FX/CFD introducing brokerage businesses in the world, holding licenses with the NFA, FCA and ASIC.

In 2020, Justin, along with his partners, launched FPFX Tech, providing prop technology and risk management to over 100 prop firms. Justin received his Bachelor’s degree from Emory University, where he graduated with honors. He then obtained his Juris Doctorate and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Miami, also graduating with honors.
